It seems as if the alarm is always rining much too early in the morning. This time I won't do any experiments regarding my breakfast: straight on to McDonald's. The difference between the BigBreakfast in Hong Kong and in Germany is only a little one: the hambuger patty and the potatoe thing. It tastes better than in the hotel and is even cheaper. Nevertheless I decide that I won't have a breakfast anymore during my time in Hong Kong. So I will be able to eat more from this delicious asian stuff. This time, we went to a restaurant impressing me about its big dimensions aswell as from the noise level. Today, we will have Dim Sum, I was told. I have heared about it but couldn't imagine what it would be. On TV I saw a short report about asia: they were saying that in the cantonese kitchen everything will be eaten having legs, except of chairs. But it wasn't like this. Well, I was not used to see duck feet on the table as dish, but their taste isn't bad. Unfortunally, feet do contain a lot of little bones, you have to get rid off... Sorry that I am not able to describe everything we had this day, but it was to much in a very short time, for example some dumplings, steamed rice, vegetables and many more. And I must say it was really delicious. And in the evening it was the greatest for me to have some Pringels hot & spciy and a episode of C.S.I. Las Vegas (even if it was in english) to finish a wonderful day.
